The previous website for Community Compounding was outdated and lacked the personality and functionality they desired. Functionally they needed to promote conferences, reduce customer questions, and show their professionalism through a warm and calming site vibe. They work with a lot of naturopaths but aren’t actually naturopathic, so wanted to strike a balance.
To get to the root of what they wanted, we started with mood boards, then a wireframe, then a mockup design, with several meetings and check-ins along the way. Soon the client was able to start refining and clarifying her dream site.
They planned on updating the site themselves, so we needed to talk through their processes for promoting conferences and make sure the site was built in such a way that it supported their long-term needs.
